As a dedicated and sought after coach and teacher, Alexis brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to her clients and workshops. She has transformed lives that are often subconsciously dominated by stress, overwhelm, self-doubt and fear. Her motto is: "Work with me and Live the Difference Now!"
She initially pursued a career in Medial Science as a Histologist at Bryn Mawr in Pennsylvania. Fascinated with innovative scientific research on the mind/body connection, she developed a life-long passion for examining how the subconscious profoundly affects the physical body, behavioral patterns and overall quality of life.
At the "World Institute-Center for the Rights of Humanity, in Arizona she acquired a comprehensive understanding of the Empowerment of Listening which then compelled her to study at Coach U as a Self-Image and Relationship coach.
Continuing her training in the healing arts, she became certified as a Theta Healer: DNA 1, DNA 2, and Intuitive Anatomy through THINK Institute in Idaho, then soon after included EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to her repertoire . She later began her studies in Wholistic Kinesiology in Albuquerque, New Mexico, interning with Dr. J. Dunn.
"Of all that I've studied here's the most important thing I've learned: When it comes to our health, the body will not act in accordance with what it knows, it will act in accordance with the base line level of stress in the nervous system."
